Location: Irvine, CA Fully REMOTE Payrate: $18 Hours: 40 hours per week | Must Work Weekends! Key Responsibilities: ? Scrutinize and authenticate retail and lease paperwork to ensure precision and adherence to HCA policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws. ? Manage incoming calls from dealerships during peak hours to resolve pending matters as necessary. ? Actively engage in coaching sessions and training to collaboratively devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance. ? Fulfill other assigned duties as required.
