Ready to make a real impact on global health and wellness care? Practice Better is an all-in-one platform helping health and wellness practitioners run their businesses, care for their clients, and scale their impact. Founded by practitioners in 2016, we’re now the leading EHR and practice management platform in the wellness industry, trusted by tens of thousands of practitioners across 70+ countries. In 2023, we expanded our whole-practice care offering through the acquisition of That Clean Life, bringing nutrition planning into our platform. We’re a remote-first team headquartered in Toronto, made up of curious, driven, and empathetic people building tools that help practitioners create sustainable, independent practices; and do the most meaningful work of their careers. While most of our work happens remotely, we come together regularly for off-sites and team events to stay connected and build together.   Position Summary We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, as an Account Executive at Practice Better, you will own the full sales cycle - from pipeline generation through close — bringing our platform to the wellness practitioners, clinic owners, and health teams who need it most. You’ll lead deep discovery conversations using a needs-based, curiosity-first approach. You’ll connect what you learn directly to platform capabilities that move the needle on client retention, revenue per practitioners, and day-to-day efficiency for practices. You'll manage buying cycles across clinical and operational stakeholders — typically small but growing practices navigating real decisions about switching platforms — while keeping your pipeline full, your forecasting honest, and your handoffs clean. You'll be joining at a foundational moment for our Sales-Led Growth motion — this is an early-stage function inside a scaling company, and you'll contribute directly to building the playbooks, processes, and patterns that define how Practice Better sells going forward. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, consultative seller who thrives where the playbook is still being written. You communicate with clarity, move with purpose, and focus on solutions over perfection. You take ownership naturally and do your best work in fast-moving, growth-stage environments. Bonus points if you've sold into health, wellness, or practitioner-led businesses This role is right for you if: - You're energized by outbound and genuinely enjoy creating conversations from scratch - You believe the best salespeople are the most curious people in the room - You want to build something, not just execute on what's already proven This role is probably not right for you if: - You prefer a high-ACV, slow-burn enterprise motion with long sales cycles - You need a fully documented playbook to operate confidently - You measure yourself primarily by deal size rather than relationships built Note: Practice Better is a remote-first company with team members across North America. However, this particular role is currently open to Denver, CO -based candidates only at this time, and preference will be given to applicants legally authorized to work in the US. What You’ll Be Doing - Own a full-cycle quota, from pipeline generation through demo, negotiation, and close: driving new subscription ARR and collecting first payment. Own a high-activity, full-cycle quota — pipeline generation through close with a focus on driving new subscription ARR from multi-practitioner clinics and growing wellness practices. Deals are relationship-driven and move at a human pace, but volume and consistency matter. - Design and execute genuine, personalized outbound sequences, with a focus on creating real conversations with practitioners who have a legitimate reason to look at Practice Better right now. - Build and manage your own pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and high-intent inbound conversion, maintaining healthy coverage against monthly and quarterly targets. - Run consultative discovery with wellness practitioners, clinic owners, and operations leads to understanding growth goals, workflows, and revenue drivers. Lead structured, curiosity-driven discovery with wellness practitioners, clinic owners, and operations leads; going beyond surface-level needs to understand the real cost of their current situation and what's actually driving the decision to look for something new. - Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to measurable practice outcomes (client retention, revenue per practitioner, operational efficiency). - Manage multi-stakeholder buying cycles for growing practices and small teams, navigating pricing conversations, objections, and procurement steps with confidence. - Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear next steps on every deal. - Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales-Assist, Customer Success, and Product to improve conversion, surface buyer insights, and ensure a smooth path to activation. - Contribute to evolving sales playbooks and help shape a repeatable, scalable upmarket motion as PB grows. What You Bring - 2–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in SMB or Mid-Market environments.with a track record of self-generating pipeline and closing from outbound. - Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quota in a role where you generated and closed your own pipeline. - Strong consultative selling skills - Genuine curiosity about people and problems, you find discovery energizing, not a means to an end, and you're drawn to methodologies (like NEPQ, Challenger, SPIN, or similar) that prioritize understanding over pitching. - Demonstrated comfort running multi-stakeholder sales cycles and managing deal momentum independently. - Experience working in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfort using sales enablement and prospecting tools. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a bias for clarity and action. - Analytical, curious, and coachable; you seek solutions, not perfection.  you're excited to learn, quick to iterate, and you'd rather get moving and improve than wait for perfect conditions. - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment where process is evolving and ownership matters. Genuinely comfortable with ambiguity — you don't need a fully built system to execute, and you find it motivating, not frustrating, to help build one. Bonus Points - Experience selling into health, wellness, healthcare, or practitioner-led businesses (e.g., clinics, therapy practices, coaching, or allied health). - Background in product-led or sales-assisted SaaS environments where inbound, trials, or high-intent users are part of the motion. - Experience closing multi-seat or team-based deals with growing small businesses. - Demonstrated success in an early-stage or scaling SaaS company where you helped refine playbooks or sales processes. - Familiarity with subscription pricing models, payment processing, or revenue workflow tools.
