Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Virtual Assistant to support a growing law firm with billing management through Clio and direct communication with clients. The firm consists of approximately 15 attorneys, and the VA will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate billing and maintaining excellent client relations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and process billing through Clio Manage (time entries, invoices, payments).
• Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients.
• Track billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple matters.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and client payments as needed.
• Maintain organized records of client communications and billing histories.
• Support administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling.
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and client portals.
Requirements:
• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Clio Manage (billing, timekeeping, or client management).
• Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a legal or professional services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across several clients.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic.
• Stable internet connection and remote work setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting multiple attorneys or a law firm.
Knowledge of general legal billing procedures and terminology.
Customer service experience or client-facing role background.
