//Project Overview (40–80 hours of work)//
I’m running a pilot project focused on improving how a commercial real estate investment firm sources potential acquisition opportunities.
The goal is to test a lightweight automation workflow that helps identify property owners and support structured outreach.
This is not a large software build. The objective is to evaluate a lean workflow that combines data extraction, enrichment, and outreach support.
//Potential Technical Components//
Examples of areas where support may be needed include:
• extracting or structuring property data from existing datasets
• supporting owner identification workflows
• basic enrichment or classification logic
• organizing results into structured datasets
• creating simple workflow automation for outreach tracking
The goal is to determine the leanest viable automation layer that improves sourcing efficiency.
//What I’m Looking For//
Someone comfortable working with:
• Python
• workflow automation tools
• APIs and data processing
• lightweight automation infrastructure
Experience with data scraping or structured datasets is helpful.
//Estimate Requested//
When responding, please include:
1. Estimated development hours
2. Estimated cost range
3. Recommended tools / stack
4. Key assumptions
5. Maintenance considerations
Also indicate:
• the leanest viable implementation approach
• which components you would avoid tackling early.
To confirm you’ve read the job description, please include the following in your response:
1. A brief description of a workflow automation you built recently (tools used and outcome).
2. The first two technical steps you would take to approach this project.
3. Start your proposal with the word “pipeline.”
