Your role as an AI Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy next-generation intelligent solutions focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI workflows, and conversational user experiences.
This role is critical to our Go-to-Market (GTM) consulting work, as you will develop AI solutions that integrate directly into our clients’ business functions, enabling innovation across sales enablement, marketing automation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with a strong user-experience mindset and a passion for advancing applied AI capabilities.

How you’ll contribute
- Agentic AI & LLM Development: Design and implement advanced AI agents and multi-step workflows leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio/Azure AI, Google Gemini/Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock.
- Integration & Engineering: Build robust integrations between AI systems, third-party APIs, enterprise data sources, and automation tools like Power Automate or custom services.
- Model Selection & Optimization: Fine-tune and configure foundation models for specific business applications to ensure optimal accuracy and performance.
- Code Quality & Deployment: Apply DevOps best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI service deployment.
- Prompt Engineering & Conversational UX: Create advanced prompt strategies and human-centered conversational flows that deliver natural, effective, and high-quality user experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Use analytics, feedback, and performance metrics to iteratively refine models, prompts, and conversational designs.
- GTM Alignment: Apply understanding of sales and marketing workflows to ensure AI solutions drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Technical Advocacy: Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical and technical stakeholders, supporting collaboration across engineering and project teams.
Your skills and approach
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in applied AI or ML development.
- Deep, hands-on experience building solutions using LLMs and agentic AI architectures (e.g., function calling, RAG frameworks).
- Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering and conversational AI design.
- Expertise in Python or a similar programming language and associated AI/ML libraries.
- Experience integrating solutions across Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, or AWS AI/ML services.
- Proven understanding of GTM workflows and how AI solutions enable marketing and sales automation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cloud AI or ML certifications preferred.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $55.00 to $75.00 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
