Overview
Onward Search is seeking an experienced and consultative AI Enablement Lead (Patient Healthcare) to own and execute full-cycle AI enablement engagements with enterprise creative and marketing teams. This role is ideal for a strategist and operator who thrives at the intersection of AI, workflow design, compliance, and change enablement.
You'll lead discovery to identify AI-ready workflows, implement tailored AI tools, and deliver hands-on training to ensure scalable, governed adoption. You’ll work closely with clients in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services) to ensure all recommendations align with legal, compliance, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary consultant and project lead across all three engagement phases
• Facilitate workshops, training, and technical implementation with client teams
• Translate complex AI capabilities into business-friendly use cases and safeguards
• Partner with legal, compliance, and IT to align on approved AI usage
• Create documentation, training materials, and toolkits for sustained adoption
• Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes to ensure measurable success
AI Enablement Lead Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years in consulting, creative operations, digital transformation, or AI enablement
• Experience managing full-cycle AI, MarTech, or workflow technology rollouts
• Strong facilitation skills with stakeholders across creative, legal, and compliance teams
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney, or Runway
• Strong documentation and training design experience
Preferred:
• Experience in highly regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, financial services)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, workflow automation, or content ops
• Background in agency, in-house marketing, or creative production teams
