Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Air Ticketing & Group Air Specialist with strong expertise in domestic and international airline ticketing, group air operations, and post-ticketing support. This role requires hands-on experience with GDS systems, manual exchanges, group PNRs, and bulk air contracts.
Core Responsibilities
• Domestic and international airline ticketing
• Manage daily air ticketing queues
• Process ticket exchanges and reissues
• Handle manual exchanges and Phase IV ticketing
• Build, manage, and maintain group PNRs
• Ticket groups ranging from 10–100 passengers
• Negotiate airline contracts for group bulk space
• Upgrade tickets from economy to premium economy and business class
• Monitor fare rules, ticketing deadlines, and airline policies
• Resolve ticketing issues, discrepancies, and airline schedule changes
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in airline ticketing (domestic & international)
• Proven experience with group air ticketing and bulk space
• Strong working knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, or similar)
• Experience managing daily queues, exchanges, and reissues
• Familiarity with Phase IV ticketing and post-ticketing workflows
• Ability to ticket and support groups of 10–100 passengers
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Experience
• Tour operator or wholesale travel experience
• Airline contract negotiation experience
• Premium cabin and business class ticketing experience
