Essential Qualifications - Education: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or a combination of education and relevant experience. - Experience: 6‑12 months of direct experience in airline passenger services, ground handling, or a related field, with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities. - Shift Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off, to meet airport operational demands. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English proficiency; ability to compose clear reports and interact confidently with diverse stakeholder groups. - Analytical Ability: Competence in reading and interpreting safety manuals, operating instructions, and procedural documents. - Mathematical Skills: Comfortable performing basic arithmetic, unit conversions, and interpreting bar graphs or rate calculations. - Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and independent judgment.
