We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team and grow with us. This is a junior-level role (not entry-level) and requires hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
This is a contract role with flexible hours and a strong opportunity to grow into a larger role as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage client communication (email, Slack, occasional calls)
• Coordinate and assign tasks to our VA team
• Monitor task completion and follow-ups
• Support Amazon Seller Central accounts (listings, PPC checks, basic optimizations)
• Prepare weekly updates and performance summaries
• Join occasional client calls (typically 1–2 per week)

• Must be available for basic communication during PST business hours
• Occasional client calls during business hours (light volume)

What We’re Looking For
• Junior-level candidate with 1–2+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable managing multiple clients/accounts
• Able to take initiative and solve small problems independently

• Experience with TikTok Shop or influencer marketing
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC strategy
• Experience working with remote teams or VAs

• $22–$25/hour (based on experience)
• 15–20 hours/week
