Job Overview:
Join a performance-driven appointment setting team supporting a top solar sales operation. This role focuses on speaking with homeowners, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for senior consultants. Success is measured by consistent, high-quality output in a structured, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Follow a structured script while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria
- Book appointments for solar consultants
- Handle objections confidently and guide conversations
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve performance daily
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Clear, neutral English with a natural tone (no forced sales voice)
- Confidence on the phone and strong listening/rapport-building skills
- Ability to follow structure without sounding robotic
- Appointment setting, lead generation, or cold calling experience
- Experience in solar, home services, or similar campaigns is a plus
- Proven track record of hitting KPIs in performance-driven environments
Team Performance Expectations:
- 12–15+ qualified appointments per day per setter (depending on lead flow)
- Strong attendance and consistency
- High-quality bookings that convert for the sales team
