Your tasks - Drive strong sales growth in the assigned territory Middle East by expanding Kardex Remstar’s presence and building a healthy, fast‑moving pipeline focused on key industries. - Develop and execute business plans with distributors, setting clear sales and development targets aligned with regional strategy. - Manage the full sales cycle with and through distributors, including prospecting, opportunity creation, negotiation, and closing deals. - Build long‑term relationships with distributors and end customers, providing technical, commercial, and training support to enable successful selling. - Lead strategic customer engagements, coordinate closely with internal teams, and ensure accurate forecasting, effective project execution, and achievement of revenue and gross profit KPIs.
