Core responsibilities
1) Plan creation (template-based, rule-driven)
Convert an intake form into:
A nutrition plan (calories + protein + portion sizes)
A workout plan (weekly structure + exercise list)
Follow our structure exactly (formatting, substitutions, constraints)
Keep output client-ready (clean English, consistent formatting)
2) Client support (chat)
Send simple daily check-ins (2-4 touchpoints/day per client)
Review client updates (text + meal photos + weight/steps)
Do a basic adherence check vs the plan:
What matched
What missed
One simple correction suggestion (using our playbook)
Escalate anything uncertain/sensitive to us
3) Ops hygiene
Keep client logs updated (what happened, adherence, issues, plan changes requested)
Maintain version control (latest plan, date, changes)
Who we’re looking for
Must-have
Strong written English
Critical thinking, intelligence and ability to follow instructions
High attention to detail
Can follow detailed rules without improvising
Good tone and empathy in client messages
Reliable and consistent for repeatable daily work
Preferred
Interest/background in fitness and nutrition
Familiar with calories/macros and strength training basics
Experience with client support or habit coaching
Duration
3–6 months minimum, likely long-term if it’s a fit
