We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Associate Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Total Wireless creative strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in developing national, local, and digital campaigns that drive business results and exceed customer expectations. As an Associate Brand Manager, Creative Marketing, you will:

• Develop and execute creative campaigns and strategies that drive business results and exceed customer expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer insights and develop targeted marketing initiatives
• Partner with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative content and assets that reflect our brand positioning and strategy
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform creative development and decision-making
• Support the development of communication programs that are consistent with our brand voice and drive customer engagement

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a creative or agency environment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong track record of collaboration and leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• A self-starter with great organizational skills, a strong aptitude for learning, and a positive attitude
