You may be required to travel to our Seoul office based on business requirements or for company/team events Job responsibilities: Associate Customer Service Manager를 모집합니다. 해당 직무는 고객과 CACTUS 간의 가교 역할을 담당하며, 고객의 상황을 이해하고 적절한 해결책을 제공하며, 문의에 적절히 답변하고 유용한 조언과 추천을 제공하는 역할입니다.     • 전화 및 이메일 등 여러 채널을 통해 한국 고객들과 소통하여 요구 사항을 이해하고, 문의 사항을 해결하며, 당사의 서비스를 안내합니다. • 저자들의 출판 요구 사항을 이해하고, 이를 한국어에서 영어로 번역하여 내부 이해관계자들에게 효과적으로 전달합니다. • 내부 이해관계자로부터 받은 정보를 다시 고객에게 전달합니다 (영어에서 한국어로). • 신규 및 잠재 고객들에게 적합한 가격, 서비스, 납품 옵션을 제시하여 당사의 서비스 팬으로 만듭니다. • 고객 불만 사항을 해결하고, 최상의 고객 서비스 경험을 제공하여 기존 고객이 지속적으로 당사 서비스를 이용하도록 유지합니다. • 시장 동향에 대한 통찰력을 내부 이해관계자들과 공유하여 전환율을 높이는 신뢰받는 조언자가 됩니다. • 필요에 따라 추가 프로젝트를 진행합니다. Qualifications and prerequisites: • 모든 학과의 학사 학위 소지자 • 우수한 영어 회화, 작문 및 이해 능력 • 고객 서비스 또는 관련 직무에서 2년 이상의 경력(신입도 지원 가능) • 기본적인 컴퓨터 활용 능력 • 다양한 성격과 문화를 가진 고객에 대한 높은 고객 중심 사고와 적응력 • 적극적인 경청을 통해 고객의 요구를 예측하고 공감할 수 있는 능력 Benefits of this role: Include benefits for roles in US, UK, Japan, China and Korea. Additional information: 근무조건 • 고용형태 : 정규직(수습 3개월)   • 급여 : 면접 후 결정  • 근무지 : 서울 마포구 서강로 105 화일빌딩, 재택근무 가능  • 근무 일정:     - 월~금: 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시 (한국시간)     - 토요일: 오후 12시 30분 ~ 오후 9시 30분 (한국시간)     - 매주 토요일 근무는 아니며, 상황에 따라 월 1~2회 근무. 토요일 근무 시 대체 휴무 제공     - 후보자는 한국 공휴일에도 근무해야 할 수 있으며, 상황에 따라 대체 휴무 또는 휴일 수당이 부여됩니다.
