Key Responsibilities – Your Daily Impact
- Customer Advocacy: Answer inbound calls with empathy, building rapport and quickly diagnosing needs related to renewals, coverage, eligibility, billing, and policy changes.
- Solution Delivery: Provide accurate information and resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, meeting or exceeding metrics for first‑call resolution, handle time, and quality scores.
- Strategic Upselling & Cross‑Selling: Leverage product knowledge to educate customers and agents on new and existing arenaflex insurance solutions, driving both customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Data Stewardship: Accurately capture interaction details in multiple CRM systems, ensuring data integrity for downstream analytics and compliance.
- Performance Excellence: Meet individual goals for call quality, lead‑transfer ratios, adherence to schedules, and reliability; actively participate in coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers, supervisors, and the broader Gold Service team to share best practices, troubleshoot complex cases, and continuously improve processes.

Essential Qualifications – What We Need From You
- Education: Associate’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent on‑the‑job training.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer‑service experience in a call‑center or similar high‑volume environment; experience in insurance is a plus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and courteously.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills; comfortable navigating multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Organizational Ability: Able to review, record, and organize data from varied sources without predefined formats, maintaining high accuracy.
- Confidentiality: Proven track record of handling sensitive information responsibly.
- Licensing & Assessments: Completion of any required licenses, certifications, or proficiency assessments prior to or during onboarding.

Training, Schedule & Work Environment
All new hires undergo a comprehensive paid training program designed to equip you with deep product knowledge, systems expertise, and customer‑service best practices. Training runs Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:30 PM EST, and attendance is mandatory. Performance will be continuously assessed throughout the program to ensure you’re set up for success.
Because arenaflex operates 24/7, you’ll be required to work flexible shifts that start between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM EST, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week. Holiday coverage is also part of the schedule, offering you the chance to earn premium shift differentials.
