Position Overview The Associate Gold Customer Service Representative role is a dynamic, fast‑paced position that blends relationship building, problem solving, and sales expertise. You will be the voice of arenaflex, assisting customers and agents with inquiries about renewals, coverage options, eligibility, billing, and policy changes. Your ability to listen, empathize, and provide clear solutions will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our independent agency partners. Key Responsibilities - Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls promptly, build rapport, and resolve inquiries in a high‑volume call‑center environment. - Solution Delivery: Identify appropriate services and solutions for questions related to policy renewals, coverage details, eligibility, billing issues, and policy modifications. - Consultative Selling: Utilize upselling and cross‑selling techniques to educate customers and agents about new and existing insurance products, enhancing protection for what matters most to them. - Quality & Performance: Meet or exceed individual goals for call quality, average handle time, lead transfer ratio, adherence, first‑call resolution, and reliability. - Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information across multiple computer systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance. - Collaboration: Work closely with the Gold Service team, agents, and other internal partners to share insights, resolve complex issues, and continuously improve processes. - Continuous Learning: Complete mandatory paid training, pass proficiency assessments, and stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, regulatory changes, and best practices.
