Day-to-Day
• Assist in building defenses for negligence and tort matters from investigation to resolution
• Prepare motions, discovery, and briefs for summary judgments in demanding jurisdictions
• Participate in depositions and witness prep for multimillion-exposure cases ·
• Support mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations toward favorable settlements
• Gain trial exposure as part of teams handling jury and bench proceedings in liability defenses
