As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience), you will own critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new features, optimize user experience, and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience), you will: * Own and collaborate on critical components of our business, including the Going Out customer journey, DashPass integration, in-app conversion, monthly retention, and order frequency. * Design and execute experiments to learn about new products and features, driving data-driven decision-making. * Conduct regular customer research, gathering insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. * Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to scale Going Out, driving business growth and customer engagement. * Develop and implement marketing and comms plans to help our customer base grow, leveraging data and analytics to optimize results. * Analyze data to evaluate success and set new goals, using Excel and SQL to build models and drive business insights. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 4+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, design, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, or related fields, with a strong track record of achieving tangible outcomes. * Proven experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities. * Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to perform complex functions and analyze data. * SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required. **Preferred Qualifications** * High-growth or early-stage startup experience, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and rapid iteration. * Experience working with cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and alignment across departments. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable plans. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is a fast-paced and dynamic company, with a strong focus on innovation and customer experience.
