Our Going Out product is a key part of this mission, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us scale and grow. **About the Role** As a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager focused on the customer side of our Going Out product, you will own critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy. You will report to our Director of In-Store and work on some of the most urgent projects as the team prepares to scale our product nationwide. Your responsibilities will include: * Owning and collaborating on critical components of our business, including the Going Out customer journey, the Going Out interaction with DashPass, in-app conversion, monthly retention, and order frequency for the product * Designing and executing experiments to learn about new products we may bring into the Going Out tab * Regular customer research and collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams * Building and executing new marketing and comms plans to help our customer base grow * Analyzing data to evaluate success and set new goals * Influencing product, engineering, operations, and sales teams to scale Going Out **You're Excited About This Opportunity Because** * You will have the chance to build and launch an exciting new product at arenaflex * You will have the opportunity to strategize and set the strategy for customer experience on Going Out * You will be able to experiment and scope tests and experiments on everything from activation to optimization * You will be able to implement and execute new marketing and comms plans to help our customer base grow * You will be able to analyze data and build models to evaluate success and set new goals * You will be able to influence product, engineering, operations, and sales teams to scale Going Out **We're Excited About You Because** * You have 4+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, design, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, business operations, or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience strongly preferred * You have an established track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles * You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities * You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans & action items * You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions); SQL knowledge a bonus **Compensation** The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
