The Associate Service Business Administration Coordinator supports the Service Business Administration team by managing medical device repair activities and ensuring efficient communication between customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of service repair estimates in global ERP system
- Manage and track customer contact activity and ensure all correspondence is documented accurately
- Process and track customer repair services, ensuring timely payments and quick turnaround time, with accurate record-keeping
- Maintain and update customer and service records in the database, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with service teams to provide customer responses on repair inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Provide administrative support for service-related projects and initiatives
- Assist with generating data reports and reviewing accuracy
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
- Support the Service Business Administration Supervisor with various tasks as needed
Skills
- Associate's Degree Associate degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in medical device manufacturing or service organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with service management software or CRM systems
- Familiarity with medical device regulations and compliance standards
