B2B Appointment Setter – Sports Facility Consulting (Commission-Based)
We are a consulting firm that helps baseball and sports performance facility owners increase revenue, optimize operations, and build scalable systems.
We are seeking a confident, consultative B2B outbound specialist to generate qualified discovery calls with facility owners. This is a commission-based role with strong upside tied to performance.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to sports and training facility owners
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
• Professionally introduce our consulting services
• Book qualified discovery calls on our calendar
• Log activity and notes in CRM
• Provide feedback from conversations to refine messaging
This is not a high-pressure closing role. Your primary objective is to open doors and secure qualified appointments.
Qualified Appointment Criteria:
• Owner or primary decision-maker
• Established facility (not a startup)
• Open to improving revenue, profitability, or operational systems
• Agrees to scheduled discovery call
Ideal Background:
• 2+ years of B2B cold calling or appointment setting
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Able to maintain consistent call volume
Experience in the sports industry is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
Commission-based with high earning potential tied to qualified booked calls and/or closed deals. This is designed as a long-term partnership opportunity for the right candidate.
