We are seeking a dynamic B2B Benefits Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for growth, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients
