uD83DuDD25 URGENT HIRING: Bilingual Property Manager – Remote (English/Spanish Required)
You'll manage 15-25 properties simultaneously. That's 40-60 active tenant situations: late rent, emergency repairs, lease renewals, and vendor coordination—all happening at once. You'll get calls at 8 PM about burst pipes. You'll process evictions. You'll negotiate with contractors in Spanish while property owners Slack you in English. If you need your job to feel calm or predictable, this isn't it.
You'll speak Spanish and English fluently in property management contexts. That means explaining lease violations, fair housing law, and eviction procedures in both languages without hesitation. If you're translating in your head, you're too slow.
You'll be measured on:
u2611uFE0F Rent collection: 95%+ by the 5th of each month
u2611uFE0F Maintenance speed: 90% resolved within 5 days
u2611uFE0F Tenant retention: 80%+ of good tenants renewing
u2611uFE0F Owner satisfaction: They feel relieved you're managing their properties
u2611uFE0F Documentation: Every interaction logged within 24 hours
This job is for you if:
u2705 You've managed U.S. properties and know tenant law varies by state (California vs Texas matters)
u2705 You're professionally fluent in both languages—you've conducted lease signings in Spanish and explained security deposits in English
u2705 You've used AppFolio, Buildium, or Propertyware and were productive immediately
u2705 You're obsessive about follow-through—when you say 3 PM, you set an alarm for 2:45 PM
u2705 You've stayed at a property management job 2+ years (this role has a learning curve)
This job is NOT for you if:
u274C You're "conversational" in Spanish but never explained eviction procedures in Spanish
u274C You've worked real estate but never managed tenants day-to-day
u274C "Urgent" to you means 2-3 business days (we mean today, sometimes hours)
