About the Role
We’re a growing Sewer Cleaning Company hiring a Bookkeeper VA to manage daily bookkeeping and service-job finances using Housecall Pro and QuickBooks.
What You’ll Do
• Manage jobs, invoices, payments, and reports in Housecall Pro
• Sync Housecall Pro with QuickBooks
• Record income, expenses, and vendor bills
• Track AR/AP and follow up on overdue accounts
• Do weekly bank/credit card reconciliations
• Send weekly/monthly summaries
• Keep records clean and organized
• Flag missing invoices or payment issues
Requirements
• Strong Housecall Pro experience (required)
• QuickBooks experience (required)
• Bookkeeping for home services is a plus
• Good English + detail-oriented
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs
• Can work independently and hit deadlines
