Responsibilities
- Process and resolve routine and less complex problems for the business as it relates to business requirements and technology. Support projects in identifying routine business requirements, projects, and process specifications within the identified team
- Provide input and guidance to the business on determining the best solutions and system requirements for their specific needs. Assist with test plan development and execution
- Build and test applications, as well as trouble-shoot and resolve routine and less-complex problems for the business as it relates to business requirements and technology
- Assist with gathering requirements across business partners and develop test plans and execution
Skills
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent (2-years)
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience
- *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience
- General understanding of the business unit and the ability to understand technology as it relates to the business
- Ability to provide accurate, timely, and adaptable services to the business unit
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships within the business unit
- Strong understanding of one or more applications within the trading platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-years)
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
