Business Transformation Consultant Healthcare / Life Sciences Location: US (Remote) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Business Transformation Consultant with strong experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare and hands-on expertise in Veeva Safety implementations. This role focuses on driving business strategy, process transformation, and data-driven initiatives leveraging healthcare analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities • Work with clients to define and refine business strategy and processes aligned with market trends in Life Sciences / Healthcare • Lead business transformation initiatives and deliver high-impact consulting engagements • Provide leadership in Veeva Safety implementation and deployment • Translate business requirements into scalable technology and data solutions • Define and implement data integration strategies aligned with business goals • Develop ROI-driven business cases for analytics and transformation initiatives • Drive adoption of healthcare analytics / cognitive solutions (e.g., Watson Health ecosystem) • Lead client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and implementation planning • Collaborate with program/project managers to ensure successful delivery timelines • Align cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions • Ensure solutions meet HIPAA compliance standards • Support solution architecture discussions and business value articulation Must-Have Skills • Proven consulting experience (client-facing roles) • Veeva Safety Certified with at least 1 end-to-end implementation • Strong experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain • Expertise in business transformation & process improvement • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Experience with Watson Health / IBM Healthcare Analytics solutions • Strong understanding of: • Data integration & analytics • Business case development (ROI, KPIs, metrics) • Experience working in complex enterprise environments • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
