Job Summary

As a Chief Business Counselor - Income Integrity Change Management, you will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to external vendors, outside experts, colleagues, or matrixed staff as needed to support ACA IFP Chance Change Income Trustworthiness initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Driving the compromise of data (coding survey results and clinical record images) from various sources, identifying gaps, and recommending process improvements.
• Acting as a business lead for system design and testing new capabilities, as well as evaluating exercises related to vendor compromise of coding results and clinical record images.
• Driving change related to upgrades and system fixes, understanding interdependencies both process-wise and timing-wise to meet business targets.
• Utilizing your expertise and experience to extract insights from data and drive business outcomes.
• Supporting coordination across shared services and vendors to ensure data integrity and validation processes are in place.
• Reviewing assignments, including recording and assessing critical controls.
• Understanding processes, results, and business impacts, and documenting and communicating such understanding in both written and verbal forms.
• Conducting periodic updates of scientific schedules and division production systems.
• Researching and evaluating alternative solutions to address business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chief Business Counselor - Income Integrity Change Management, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting 1 million IFP individuals through effective management of vendor data quality and viability.
• Ensuring data is ingested into the system to drive entries, and all system approval errors are resolved to guarantee submission fulfillment.
• Analyzing and understanding system recovery to maximize results.
• Customizing ACA reporting perspectives and effort manager data required for daily tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience with IT application development lifecycles and strategies.
• Ability to influence others by transforming data into meaningful and impactful information.
• Experience with SAS/SAS EG/Python/SQL server in data analysis and manipulation.
• Attention to detail and scrupulousness.
• Vendor management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience reporting business processes, as well as suggesting and implementing improvement techniques.
• Ability to perform testing capabilities.
• Participation in system design.
• Ability to review the accuracy of reporting against source records/reports/databases.
• Ability to carry out auditing procedures.
