What You’ll DoLead the company’s financial strategy, including operational planning, fundraising, debt and capital management.
Partner with the Executive team to provide insights and foresight into long term planning.
Provide analysis and forecasts of company performance, cash flows, and growth opportunities to CEO and the Board of Directors
Support the company’s expansion across the U.S. and internationally.
Oversee and develop the finance, accounting, and legal teams.
Identify and implement strategies to drive financial efficiency, risk management, and scalability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners.
Ensure financial policies and procedures support a rapidly growing organization while promoting transparency and accountability.
Maintain financial compliance with all regulatory and commercial requirements
10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
2+ years as CFO or VP of Finance, ideally within a publicly traded company, including IPO preparation and execution experience.
A solid understanding of GAAP.
Experience raising capital for growth-stage startups.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams to align financial strategy with innovation goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
Experience in hardware or robotic start-up experience, preferred but not required.
Background in consumer products or retail operations.
International expansion experience (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
Proven experience securing and managing credit facilities and loans.
Familiarity with financial compliance in highly regulated industries like medical devices.

Competitive pay + bonus + equity plan. The base salary range for the role is $250,000 - 300,000 USD or commensurate with experience.
