Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance organization and drive strategic financial planning, capital allocation, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, has experience with multi-division operations, and can partner with the CEO and executive team to position the company for sustained success and public market readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial functions: accounting, reporting, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting
• Lead strategic financial planning, analysis, and modeling for growth initiatives and acquisitions
• Manage investor relations and support fundraising efforts (equity, debt, SPAC/PIPE preparation)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support multi-division business operations
Qualifications:
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in high-growth companies or multi-division enterprises
• Experience with fundraising, IPOs, SPACs, or PIPEs is highly preferred
• Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and investor relations
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a founder/operator mindset
