• *Roles & Responsibilities:**
• Design, deploy, and support Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise (CCE) solutions for enterprise contact centers
• Configure and manage SIP trunking for voice routing and PSTN integration
• Implement and maintain Webex Contact Center (WXCC) cloud-based contact center platforms
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments
• Manage centralized call routing using Cisco Unified Communications Manager Session Management Edition (CUCM SME)
• Configure and support voice gateways and session border controllers from **AudioCodes
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot VoIP/call quality issues, and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global communication infrastructure
• Provide incident resolution, maintenance, and upgrades for contact center and voice platforms
