Responsibilities
- Independently performs a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties
- Responsible for basic administrative functioning of the Civil Rights Enforcement Section
- Supporting senior staff within the Section
- Handling of contracts, budgets, procurement, hiring and onboarding processes
- Training compliance
- Administrative tracking
- File management and organization
- Time entry
- Case and file management
- Working in different database systems
- Processing documents for accessibility
- Collecting and analyzing information and datasets
- Proposing new policies for addressing problems
- Factual analyses and research

- Basic analytical, administrative, and computer skills
