We're seeking a highly effective and compassionate Overnight Member Care Support Specialist to join our team.
As an Overnight Member Care Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of RPM and improving the lives of seniors and their caregivers. You'll work closely with our customers, leveraging insights from sensor data, wellness surveys, and other sources to drive proactive and reactive customer communications. Your goal will be to establish trusted relationships with seniors and their caregivers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve wellness and independence.

The work schedule for this role is 11pm-8am PST, and you'll be required to work both Saturdays and Sundays.
