Pro Impressions Marketing is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist with proven experience managing social media across multiple accounts as well as account management experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, executing and managing content at scale rather than creating it from scratch. You’ll play a key role in maintaining client social media presence while supporting Account Managers with onboarding and client communication as needed. Our social media system is structured—most content is provided by clients through our proprietary app and guided by pre-determined weekly prompts. This means the role is less focused on content creation and more focused on executing, refining, and publishing content efficiently and accurately. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone comfortable managing multiple accounts, using social media scheduling tools daily, and communicating professionally with clients across email and phone when needed.

Requirements
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proven experience managing social media for multiple accounts or clients
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Canva (or similar tools for light editing)
- Experience editing and formatting content for social media
- Comfortable supporting client communication via phone and email in a professional setting
- Excellent written communication skills (grammar, tone, clarity)
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote work environment
Preferred (Strong Plus)
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Experience working with structured content systems or client-submitted content
- Experience supporting client onboarding or account management teams
- Familiarity with content optimization and performance improvement
Work Environment & Expectations
- Fully remote position
- Must have a reliable computer setup and high-speed internet connection
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, and able to stay on task without supervision
- Ability to handle a fast-paced workload with multiple clients
Tasks
Social Media Execution (Primary Focus)
- Review, edit, and schedule social media content submitted by clients
- Manage multiple client accounts using social media scheduling platforms
- Ensure content aligns with brand standards, formatting, and best practices
- Edit and optimize client-submitted videos for social media use
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all client accounts
- Stay current on social media trends and platform updates
- Create content for ads or fill gaps when needed (secondary responsibility)
Client Interaction & Onboarding Support
- Support Account Managers during onboarding (AMs lead all onboarding processes)
- Assist in collecting and organizing client assets and information
- Help ensure onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with clients as directed by Account Managers (content, assets, clarifications)
- Collaborate internally to keep onboarding timelines and deliverables on track
- Quality check content and deliverables before they are shared with clients
Client Communication Support (Phone Coverage)
- Assist Account Managers by answering incoming client calls during business hours
- Handle calls professionally, gather key details, and route or document requests appropriately
- Provide a high-quality client experience while ensuring efficient use of team resources
- Follow up on client requests and ensure proper internal task assignment
