Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and timelines
• Provide clear support, recommendations, and timely follow-ups
• Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and ongoing updates
• Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent communication
• Deliver professional, friendly client support throughout the process
Requirements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service or client-facing experience (preferred, not required)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Must be coachable to learn the systems, process and training
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-comfortable
• Authorized to work from Mexico, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia
