Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is a private radiology practice composed of over 100 radiologists serving 10 hospitals across Colorado. We also provide diagnostic services for more than 40 locations throughout Colorado and Hawaii.

Summary of Position:
The Clinical Applications Administrator collaborates in the oversight, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and training of clinical applications that support Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) and Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) radiologists, end users, and healthcare partners. This role provides ongoing support for clinical application workflows, integrations, configurations, and continuous improvement initiatives across all supported systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of clinical applications, including phone support, ticket resolution, account creation, and assistance for patients and referring physicians with application portals.
- Support application worklists, templates, mapping tables, and other healthcare partner needs related to imaging, reports, and system access.
- Assist in the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of clinical applications.
- Troubleshoot clinical workflows, processes, compliance issues, and operational inefficiencies.
- Document and maintain clinical application workflows and procedures.
- Provide end-user support and training through documentation, instructions, tip sheets, and job aids.
- Deliver technical support, including diagnosing application errors and coordinating troubleshooting efforts with vendors as needed.
- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of workflows within clinical application systems.
- Maintain current working knowledge of clinical application processes and system functionality.
- Communicate application changes, issues, and risks to management.
- Enforce data security and privacy protocols in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Must participate in on-call coverage as assigned.
Experience/Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, as well as other web-based tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, end users, and healthcare partners.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data security regulations and compliance standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Commitment to staying current with advancements in clinical applications and healthcare technology.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end medical imaging operations and clinical application workflows.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience with Intelerad PACS and Royal RIS is a plus.
Compensation for this role is between $55,000 to $91,500 on an annual basis
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will receive applications on an ongoing basis, and will remain open until filled.

Full-time employees will become eligible for benefits on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment. Part-time employees may have access to some of these benefits, which may be on a pro-rated basis. PRN employees are not eligible for benefits.
