Position Summary Primary focus is to be customer’s trusted advisor between Malaysia and Singapore. Provide clinical expertise through consultation, education and training of ASP’s products to both internal and external customers. Sharing best-practice solutions to customers in partnership with the Account Executive in the execution of plans that meet or exceed the Company’s business objectives. Responsible for developing long- term customer relationships, which build loyalty and confidence in ASP as the preferred vendor.    Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts while positioning and delivering economic and value-related solutions. Key Job Responsibilities   - To provide clinical expertise to customers on ASP products and processes through consultation, assessment and education. - Plans, prioritizes and manages a work schedule which meets customer expectations in a timely and cost-effective manner. - Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to achieve business objective. - Proactively identify and coordinate in-service education sessions with Product Specialists, to support delivered health care and use of products efficiently and effectively. - Assist Product Specialist to identify sales opportunities which contribute to the success of others and therefore the company. - Identify and optimise account relationship with key customers / decision makers. - Contribute to innovative service arrangements which build customer loyalty - Engage ongoing assessment and evaluation of ASP products in the market. - Functions as a clinical expert to ASP staff on new product development/ launches, market changes/ trends and the identification of customer driven needs and/or requests. - Plans, develops and implements customer educational programs to meet current and future customer needs. - Submit periodic reports that include qualitative and quantitative information on customer feedback, competitor activity and relevant market issues to support business development Maintain up to date customer records - Maintains and expands clinical/technical knowledge of all ASP products. - Maintain a responsible and ethical approach along with active pursuit of business outcomes - Comply with Health Care Compliance Standards and company’s compliance policy        Key Skill/Knowledge Requirements - Training of ASP & non-ASP customers on Product and Procedure.  - Design Infection Prevention Program for Healthcare Professionals in Malaysia/Singapore hospitals aligned to HLD, LLD & TS - Deliver sessions on Instrument Reprocessing, Environmental Disinfection, and Infection Prevention  - Support Malaysia/Singapore sales in any strategic education execution - Clinical expertise in surgical instrumentation including endoscopic instruments. - Knowledge of sterilization and high-level disinfection - Knowledge of operating room, central processing and endoscopy suite practices, procedures and protocols. - Knowledge of Perioperative nursing standards, infection control standards, and SPD guidelines for practice. - Knowledge of ASP’s products and competitive products. - Knowledge of market changes or trends in healthcare environments utilizing ASP’s products. - Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically Highly developed interpersonal/people skills.  - Ability to articulate and effective communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels. - Demonstrated customer focus and strong relationship building skills. - Strong team skills, both building and partnering. - Strong presentation skills, both preparing and delivering. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Key Education / Experience Required - MSc Microbiology, MHA, RN with BSN degree in healthcare related field preferred. - Minimum 3 years of current clinical experience in OR and /or SPD and/or Endoscopy, and/or infection prevention practices or 3 years clinical experience in medical device preferred. - Experience in a management position in OR, SPD or Endoscopy preferred. - Minimum 1 years’ experience in delivering educational programs/presentations preferred. - Certification in peri-operative Nursing (CNOR), Sterile Processing or Endoscopy preferred.  - English Communication capability preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft software applications, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint required.   About Company About ASP  ASP is a leading global provider of innovative sterilization and disinfection solutions, and a pioneer of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology.   ASP’s mission is to protect patients during their most critical moments.
