Requirements
- Background in Cloud Operations, DevOps, or System Engineering
- Ability to support and resolve customer requests in a structured and reliable way
- Interest in or experience with AI-powered solutions and modern platform environments
- Comfortable working across operations, support, and development
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset, also in high-pressure situations
- Proactive, team-oriented, and independent working style
- Very good communication skills
