In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for safeguarding digital infrastructures and data assets, leading the design and implementation of cloud-based security solutions. Your expertise will ensure our partner remains resilient against cyber threats while providing guidance to enterprise teams on all cloud security matters. This full-time remote position offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact in the realm of information security, particularly within Azure environments.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust security architecture across cloud infrastructure in Azure.
• Identify security gaps, define security standards, and lead remediation of security risks.
• Develop secure cloud infrastructure configurations including network segmentation and access controls.
• Monitor cloud security posture and conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis.
• Automate security policies and workflows using scripting languages and cloud-native security tools.
• Assist with incident response for cloud-related security incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into cloud deployments.
Requirements
• Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure and emerging cloud security technologies.
• Expert level knowledge of cloud-based misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and data risks.
• Extensive experience with DevSecOps in Azure and securing CI/CD Pipelines.
• Proficient in Azure focused Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with experience deploying secure infrastructure.
• Strong Azure security fundamentals and experience administering Entra ID tenants.
• Hands-on experience implementing Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) implementation in the cloud.
• Familiarity with data security concepts including encryption, auditing, and monitoring.
