We are building a self-calibrating urban digital twin platform that fixes one of the biggest problems in smart-city simulations: static models that drift from reality.
Our venture integrates heterogeneous city telemetry (mobility, energy, telecom, IoT, demographics) to:
• Infer evidence-based disruption scenarios
• Inject them programmatically into simulations
• Monitor population-behavior divergence
• Recalibrate models in a closed loop
The result:
decision-grade resilience modeling for cities, infrastructure operators, and national agencies.

The Role (Equity Only)
You are the founding CTO. You own the end-to-end roadmap and MVP delivery of a cloud-native, self-calibrating digital twin platform.
You will:
• Architect cloud-native microservices (data ingestion, causal inference, calibration engine)
• Integrate simulation engines (Unity/Unreal and/or HPC co-simulation)
• Implement Bayesian inference, Kalman filters, and real-time calibration logic
• Build CI/CD, Kubernetes infrastructure, and security/compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Drive IP/patent coordination
• Lead zero-to-one execution
• No salary. No advisory structure. Founder-level equity only.
Ideal Profile:
• 10+ years SaaS/AI leadership
• Deep Kubernetes + distributed systems expertise
• Strong background in Bayesian modeling, causal inference, Kalman filtering
• Experience with game engines or HPC simulation environments
• Proven startup zero-to-one builder
• US-based (required)
