Job Description:
• Determine customer needs and develop project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical
• Meet or exceed sales objectives
• Develop multi-layer customer relationships
• Create a backlog of work to support short and long-term goals
• Manage 5-7 key accounts
• Maintain and update CRM software
• Generate additional work for Services
• Participate in relevant training
Requirements:
• Ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals of over $5MM annually
• Proven track record of account management and retention
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Organized and self-motivated
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask
