Career Opportunities: Commercialization Excellence Lead (60042) Requisition ID 60042 - Posted    Job Description Print Preview   As a Commercialization Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving the Commercialization maturity in our organization. It is all about designing and further enhancing the right tooling, driving the capabilities of the commercialization teams across the globe to use them, supporting the performance improvements with the right actionable insights and by the creation and implementation of the right standards.    Our SAP environment is going through a big change, with the Optimus program on implementation of the S4/HANA tooling, the PLM tooling and other surrounding systems. There is a need for further enhancing the tooling specifically on product portfolio management and product introduction-workflows, to enable a step-change in effectiveness of portfolio management and the time-to-market of new product introductions. In this role, you own and drive the future-proof design and relevant additional feature development of the tooling, with responsibility to bring that step-change impact alive, make it visible and sustain it.   An important part of your job will be in leading the SAP-IPD development, from design, to realization, to implementation. This will realize a standardized and improved way of working, with fit for purpose parallel workflows and will improve both the performance and the lives of our commercialization related employees across the globe.    You will actively drive our Customer Supply Chain teams, commercial teams and other teams involved in product launches or de-listings, to execute their tasks around Portfolio Management effectively and efficiently. This involves support on e.g. product segmentation, reduction of End-to-End supply chain complexity and the realization of High Performance Menu Cards. On top, you will drive improvement programs and support and train participants in order to develop the capabilities in the organization. You own and drive standardization, best practice sharing and capability building via the Commercialization Community of Practice.   You see the challenge in achieving cooperation and motivation between Commercialization teams and their (main) stakeholders. You will actively build networks within RFC within your own discipline as well as across disciplines to further develop the impact within RFC. You understand the complexity in your role is the limited level of tangibility of the output. In fact Output in terms of effective results are (and should be) realized in the businesses.   Key areas of responsibility are: 1.       Lead SAP- IPD program to results, with fit-for-purpose but state-of-the-art new functionalities, incl. in surrounding environments such as reporting 2.      Own the design, development and implementation of standard ways of working in commercialization including performance management 3.       Boost Commercialization capabilities and promote Best Practices and foster cross-fertilization of ideas in expertise networks You will join the Global Logistics & Planning Excellence team and will report into the Logistics & Planning Excellence Director. A highly skilled and experienced team with program and project managers along the grass-to-glass supply chain, across FrieslandCampina worldwide. In working on high performance menu cards, you will find there is a strong link with the customer service segmentation, driven by the logistics, planning and customer care excellence colleagues. Next to that, you will work intensively with the Commercialization teams in the BGs, where you lead the work on the tooling & capability development.
