Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative approach to assist financial services clients in developing and strengthening their compliance management systems.
- Provide compliance expertise and potential solutions to identify regulatory gaps and associated risks.
- Conduct routine regulatory compliance testing to ensure clients' adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably in compliance or a related field.
- Experience in creating, executing, and documenting regulatory compliance audits.
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business partners, as well as executive management.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge and experience in lending are preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $54,000 to $90,000, depending on skills, experience, and location.
