Role Overview As a Consulting Executive (Client Delivery), you will play a key role in turning business strategy into structured, practical deliverables for clients. Working closely with the internal team (managers to CEO) to transform insights from strategy and audit sessions into clear outputs such as sales scripts, training frameworks, and branded playbooks. Your focus will be ensuring every deliverable is organised, commercially sound, and ready for real-world execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structuring ideas, improving clarity, and ensuring that client deliverables are complete, practical, and delivered to a high standard. This is primarily a work-from-home role with occasional in-person expectations, including monthly office meetings, company gatherings, and events when required. Key Responsibilities Own Client Delivery - Translate business strategies discussed during audit sessions into structured outputs such as sales scripts, training frameworks, business playbooks, and internal documentation - Ensure deliverables are clear, complete, commercially sound, and aligned with the client’s business objectives - Review all work with a critical eye before it is shared with clients, maintaining quality standards - Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are delivered on schedule Build Strong Client Relationships - Act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients - Maintain warm, proactive, and professional communication with clients - Address feedback or concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and confident client experience - Strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement Apply Business & Sales Thinking - Apply business logic and sales literacy to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing elements in scripts, training materials, and playbooks - Sense-check deliverables from the perspective of a founder, sales leader, or end user - Ensure outputs are practical, usable, and designed to drive real behaviour change Manage Documentation & Systems - Maintain and improve consulting SOPs and workflows - Conduct monthly drive audits and ensure file accuracy - Follow and improve consulting SOPs to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability Spot Issues & Fix Problems - Identify delivery issues early and address them before they escalate - Propose workflow improvements and fix inefficiencies where necessary - Ensure client folders and deliverables remain organised, clear, and audit-ready Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in client delivery, consulting, operations, project coordination, account management, or a similar role - Strong ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and thoughtfully - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail and comfort working with systems, checklists, and deadlines - Ability to organise complex or unstructured ideas into clear deliverables - Demonstrated interest in working directly with clients and delivering work that creates meaningful value - Proactive approach to client engagement, including regular check-ins, recognising client progress, and addressing challenges thoughtfully - Ability to balance warmth and professionalism while building trusted relationships with clients as an extended partner to their team - Familiarity with organising documentation, folders, and workflows using tools such as Google Drive, Figma, and SOP systems - Business acumen with the ability to understand revenue models, sales processes, and team training structures (guidance provided) - Ability to balance precision with practicality, recognising when work is sufficiently complete versus when further refinement is required - Comfort working with sales-related materials such as scripts, objection handling frameworks, and training materials - Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to timelines and quality standards Good-to-Have Skills - Background in consulting, coaching, agency work, or B2B services - Exposure to sales roles, sales training, or sales enablement materials - Experience supporting founders, leaders, or senior stakeholders - Interest in business growth, systems, and organisational development Benefits - Remote Working Flexibility - Vast opportunities to work with global clients and international events with fully sponsored trips - Self-care or Personal Development Allowance - Performance & Annual Bonuses - Positive & Vibrant team culture - Monthly company events
