Job Type: Full‑time Experience Required: 1–2 years mortgage origination Location: Remote Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission + performance incentives About the Role We are seeking motivated Consumer‑Direct Mortgage Loan Officers with 1–2 years of origination experience to join our growing team. This role focuses on the front‑end of the mortgage process—nurturing leads, building rapport, and securing the sales contract. Once the contract is obtained, our back‑office team takes over and supports the loan through closing. If you enjoy working warm leads, connecting with homebuyers, and helping them take the first big step toward homeownership, this is an excellent opportunity.
