Responsibilities
• Research news + data online around cargo theft, fraud, double brokering, compliance, and security
• Turn findings into 10 posts/day across: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook
• Posted on fenderr + the broker briefing accounts
• Write short, punchy blog posts that expand on the highest-performing topics
• Create simple, clean data visuals (charts/graphics) using tools like Gemini (for image ideation) + other design tools
• Draft copy using ChatGPT—but ensure every post matches our tone: credible, direct, no fluff, broker-first
• Maintain a lightweight content system: Source links, dates, claims, captions, hashtags, and a publishing calendar
• Protect trust: No misleading stats; Clear sourcing; No shipper-identifying details or sensitive load info
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong understanding of logistics / freight brokerage / supply chain
• Excellent research skills (finding reliable sources, verifying numbers, summarizing accurately)
• Proven social media experience (content cadence, formatting, hooks, hashtags, engagement)
• Clear, fast writing with a strong “newsroom” mindset
Preferred
• experience with simple data visuals (Canva/Figma/Google Sheets) and basic SEO
