Creative and Brand Manager

Job Description: • Develop, maintain, and evolve the firm’s visual identity and implement best practices (logo, color palette, typography, templates) • Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines and ensure they are accessible, clear, and up to date • Serve as the internal point of contact and authority for brand-related questions or approvals • Provide training as needed for staff on brand guidelines and usage • Regularly keep marketing staff up to date on new trends or innovations relevant to the Facet brand • Collaborate with project teams and graphic designer to ensure project deliverables adhere to Facet brand standards • Ensure visual quality and consistency across all marketing deliverables • Collaborate with marketing staff to design and update marketing materials, including proposals, interviews, and market conditioning materials • Create, maintain, and evolve templates for proposals, presentations, and other documents for use across Facet • Lead design of Facet-branded items, such as conference handouts and employee gear • Manage Facet project photography in collaboration with Business Development Marketing Manager, including coordination of photo shoots and administration of OpenAsset database • Collaborate on website design updates to maintain brand alignment • Create and maintain social media content templates to ensure cohesive voice and look • Develop new content, such as videos or animations, to support market conditioning efforts • Integrate the brand into office environment elements (signage, project boards, etc.) • Lead graphic design for all major internal communications (newsletter, president emails, presentation decks, etc.) Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years of experience leading brand and design efforts, with AEC experience preferred • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and Acrobat) • Ability to create highly polished proposal layouts that enhance readability, reinforce brand standards, and support win strategies in competitive pursuits • Expertise creating infographics, technical illustrations, and visual storytelling elements to simply communicate complex engineering and design concepts • Proficiency in video editing to support internal and external communications • Exceptional leadership and meeting facilitation skills • Influence and collaboration skills to build buy-in across technical, marketing, and leadership teams • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits: • Competitive salary with opportunities for performance-based bonuses • Generous Paid Time Off (vacation and sick) • 7 fixed holidays plus 2 floating holidays • Fully paid employee medical, dental, and vision coverage • Employer paid for dependents’ medical, dental and vision paid at 60% • Choice of a traditional copay plan or High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings account (HSA) • Facet fully funds HSAs to the IRS maximum ($4400 for individuals and $8750 for families) for employees selecting the HDHP with HSA • $300 annual fitness benefit • $100,000 employer paid life insurance • Employer paid long-term and short-term disability • Voluntary plans include additional group life, accident, hospitalization, and serious illness • 401k (Roth or Traditional) available after 3 months of employment • 5% 401k match contributed to the Facet Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), a plan which grows with the value of the company • Financial support for professional development and memberships in professional associations
