Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with TikTok Shop creators—becoming a trusted partner, not just a campaign manager
- Execute multi-channel creator outreach campaigns (email, SMS, DMs, platform-native messaging) to grow Spotlight Media’s creator network
- Establish Spotlight Media as a go-to partner for creators by consistently delivering value, opportunities, and performance insights
- Identify high-potential creators and actively cross-pollinate them across multiple Spotlight-managed brands over time
- Ensure top creators feel prioritized, supported, and excited to work with Spotlight repeatedly—not one-off
- Own end-to-end execution of creator and affiliate campaigns for clients
- Identify, vet, and recruit creators aligned with brand goals, aesthetics, and TikTok Shop performance potential
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and expectations with creators while balancing performance and profitability
- Create clear, conversion-focused creative briefs that help creators produce TikTok-native, sales-driven content
- Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to improve hooks, storytelling, CTAs, and conversion performance
- Review and approve content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and TikTok Shop best practices
- Help creators improve performance by sharing insights, playbooks, and best practices across brands
- Segment creators by performance, niche, and experience level to tailor opportunities and communication
- Coordinate sampling programs, product drops, challenges, and incentives to drive creator activation
- Foster loyalty by making creators feel like insiders—not vendors
- Track creator performance, activation, GMV contribution, and engagement across brands
- Identify trends, breakout creators, and opportunities to deepen relationships or expand partnerships
- Share insights with Account Managers, Brand Strategists, and leadership to inform broader growth strategy
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community management, or a related field (internships count)
- Strong interest in TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the creator economy—bonus if you're already active on the platform
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable running outreach via email, SMS, DMs, and creator platforms
- Highly organized with experience using tools like Airtable, Notion, CRMs, or similar (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Data-curious mindset—you don't need to be an analyst, but you should care about what's working and why
- Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States for a period of no less than 3 years
