CRO & A/B Testing Specialist (Skincare / Beauty)

We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B Testing Expert with proven experience in the skincare or beauty e-commerce niche to help us scale high-performing product pages, funnels, and offers. What You’ll Do Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across PDPs, landing pages, and funnels Optimize conversion rates, AOV, and retention for skincare products Test and refine headlines, visuals, offers, bundles, pricing, and layouts Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to turn insights into action Use data to recommend clear, revenue-driving improvements What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with CRO for skincare / beauty brands Strong understanding of consumer psychology in beauty purchasing Proven track record of successful A/B tests (not just theory) Experience with tools like Google Optimize, VWO, Convert, Optimizely, Shopify, GA, Hotjar, or similar Ability to communicate results clearly and confidently Bonus (Nice to Have) Experience with Shopify Familiarity with subscription models and bundles Experience working with UGC-led funnels How to Apply To apply, please send us: Your portfolio link (case studies preferred) A short note on your experience in skincare or beauty CRO
