Job Description:
• Lead the strategy, design, and optimization of landing pages for paid social campaigns, from wireframes to copy and creative direction.
• Evaluate and improve the full DTC funnel, including PDPs, add-to-cart flows, and checkout experiences, identifying key drop-offs and opportunities to improve conversion.
• Use data to test, learn, and iterate. Continuously run A/B tests, monitor metrics, and share learnings that guide both creative and media teams.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and growth strategists to ensure the post-click experience aligns with campaign goals and brand identity.
Requirements:
• 3+ years in CRO or growth-focused web optimization, ideally within DTC consumable or wellness eCommerce brands.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools and Shopify; experience with Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar page builders.
• Comfortable with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools to uncover insights and guide testing priorities.
• Ability to connect ad creative, messaging, and landing page experience into one cohesive funnel.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
