Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction.</li><li> Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.</li><li> This position will support the Integrated Solutions Data and Customer Support Team by supporting our complaint management across the platform.</li><li> This position will be customer facing and self-motivated to develop processes and procedures for user access and management across the Integrated Solutions platform, including supporting sites with single sign on, deployed and hosted solutions.</li><li> Additionally this position will support other complaint management tasks across the platform. Ideal candidate will have some support experience with other Software as Service solutions.</li><li> The ideal candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
